Testing Facilities

To test the quality of the products, the testing unit is installed with several testing facilities that includes :
  • Bursting Factor (BF) Tester – to check the strength of Paper and in the long run to ensure ourselves the strength of Paper Cones
  • GSM Tester – To check the grammage and profile of Paper which helps to avoid the weight variation in the Paper Cones
  • Cobb Value Tester – To check the paste absorption capacity of the Paper
  • Compression Strength Tester – To check the compressive (collapsing) strength of the finished Paper Cone
  • Moisture Tester – To check the moisture % in the Paper as well as in the Paper Cones
  • Weighing Scale – To measure weight of each and every Paper Cone to control uniformity of weight
In addition to above, we carry out physical inspection of the Paper Cones with regard to size and surface finishing.
